The Amputee Mobility Predictor (AMP) is created and owned by Advanced Rehabilitation Therapy, Inc. located in Miami, Florida.
Data Collection
The Amputee Mobility Predictor (AMP) is an assessment tool to determine a lower limb amputee’s current functional status as it relates to mobility with a prosthesis, as well as establish the appropriate K-Level.
To calculate the results of an AMP test, some patient information is required. This information is collected in the form of a questionnaire completed by the user when beginning an AMP test. All information collected is provided by the user.
Data Storage
Data collected while using the AMP is stored solely on the device. It is never stored on any servers or shared with any third parties. The data is stored so users can load existing information when retesting a user. The data will remain on the device until deleted by the user. The user can delete the data from the device by deleting the app. A PDF of the an individual’s test may be created and emailed at the user’s discretion.
